This beautiful villa in Javea offers you the opportunity to enjoy all kinds of activities. You are 3 km from the sandy Arenal beach. Villa Juan is a spacious villa with large living-dining room, conservatory and a beautiful tropical garden with private pool, the villa also has a sea view.

With 4 bedrooms, of which 2 x a double bed and 2 x a single bed and 3 bathrooms (en suite in the bedrooms with a double bed), this accommodation is suitable for 6 people with all rooms equipped with air conditioning, but you can villa of course also for 2 persons.

The price of the villa is 250.00 per night and is based on 2 people. Each additional person|child costs 50.00 per night p.p.

Connect to the internet or relax in front of the TV or enjoy the beautiful garden. The villa also has a kitchen, which is equipped with an oven|microwave, a fridge-freezer, coffee and tea maker and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The villa is also equipped with an iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, so you don’t have to take a lot of luggage with you.

The price for our linen and towel package is €7,50 per person. Beach towels are included in the package. You can also opt for a 1-time cleaning of the villa during your stay for 50.00 per time (3 hours of cleaning). In consultation, we will make an appointment with our cleaning company to clean your rented villa in the morning or afternoon.

You can fly to Alicante or Valencia for the city of Javea, both are 1 – 1.5 hours away by car. Enjoy our beautiful villa Juan and feel at home in the Spanish Javea.
